At Hello Santé, our role is to help you understand and navigate the French healthcare system without the stress and confusion that bureaucracy can bring.

We provide practical help with healthcare administration so you can focus on your wellbeing.

 

What Hello Santé Does Not Do

Transparency is important to us.

To ensure clear boundaries and responsible support:

• We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis
• We do not recommend treatments or medical decisions
• We do not choose healthcare providers for you
• We do not act as translators during medical consultations

Instead, we help you prepare for appointments, understand documentation, and follow up confidently afterwards.

Our role is administrative guidance and support.

We can help you with:

• Registering with the French healthcare system (CPAM, Ameli, PUMA)
• Applying for your Carte Vitale
• Understanding French medical paperwork and official letters
• Booking appointments with doctors, specialists, hospitals or clinics
• Understanding reimbursements and mutuelle insurance
• Navigating services like mental health support, maternity care and medical transport

Most importantly, we offer calm, friendly guidance — explaining things step by step and at your pace.
