After more than 15 years living in France, Lisa has navigated just about every twist and turn the French healthcare system (and paperwork) can throw at you. From running a business and raising a family to supporting friends and clients through their own medical admin, she’s become a bit of a pro at making sense of it all.

With a background as a holistic practitioner and yoga teacher, Lisa is deeply passionate about wellbeing in every sense of the word.
